How It Works

Step 1: Choosing Your Services

We offer a range of services, from psychiatric evaluations therapeutic consultations and Holistic Neuro Stress Management services.  All services can be conducted virtually for your convenience. In-person consultations are also available at our office in Sterling, VA.

Step 2: Schedule Your Visit

Once you've chosen your service, you can schedule your appointment. We require either your insurance details or a deposit prior to scheduling.

Step 3: Confirm Your Appointment

Pay the remaining balance due at time of visit. Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Our Pricing & Cancellation Policy

For private pay clients, our practice operates on a cash-based model. The initial psychiatric evaluation requires a deposit of $75 at the time of scheduling, with the remaining balance is due at the time of service.  All other services require payment in full at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable, and a new registration may be required.

Reimbursement & Billing


  1. Payment for all visits is due at the time of service. You will be billed via our secure, online HIPAA-compliant telehealth and billing portal. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your medical insurance company by contacting them.

  2. Clients receive a receipt via email in the form of a "Superbill." Clients may submit Superbills to their insurance provider to initiate a claim for partial reimbursement policy. 

  3. To find out what your reimbursement rate is, contact your medical insurance provider and inquire about your "out-of-pocket payment" for outpatient behavioral healthcare benefits, including your deductible.
